Daring Bakers Challenge #1

Ok, off to the starting line! I have just (finally) finished reading the recipe and directions for my first challenge. All I can say is wow, my head is spinning! French Bread, done the traditional way, this is a "challenge". I am excited and scared at the same time. I know that my baking capabilities are alright, but we will see if they are up to this challenge. I am all about cakes and cupcakes, so this is outside my comfort zone and the reason I singed up for Daring Bakers. My next challenge will be figuring out how to uplead those darned pictures of my completed masterpieces (and I say this loosley lol). Wish me luck, here we go...
